To enhance our customer experience, we aim to ensure readiness before bikes are brought to our workshop. While we don't operate on bookings for drop-offs, it's imperative to consult with us beforehand. Once your bike is ready, you'll receive notification from our team along with an invoice via email. Due to limited space, bikes must be collected within 24 hours. Failure to do so will incur a daily charge of $25, as it occupies a slot meant for bike servicing. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for courier collection or by nominating a friend for pickup. Please complete the available form if you wish for us to proceed with your bike.
Please note that you require prior approval before accepting bikes at our workshop. Priority will be given to our customers, and we will have limited spots available for ebikes not purchased from us. Kindly be aware that sourcing parts from the supplier may pose difficulties if the bike was not purchased through us. Do not bring your bike to our shop unless instructed to do so. A booking fee of $30 will be charged upon bike drop-off. Thank you for your understanding.
You will need to accept our terms and policies if you choose to leave the bike with us. We only work on ebikes with motors up to 500watts, all brands are welcome. The bike will be given a 10point safety check at the book in stage and anything we deem to be essential for safety will have to be done. We do not supply parts or post them unless we install them. We work on the bikes in the order they come in so you will have to leave your bike with us. We charge $120 per hour in 15min blocks of $30. We don't do fixed quotes and some electrical jobs can be hard to predict. Electrical repairs on batteries or bikes that were not purchased from SEB require an upfront deposit of $100. We will do our best to repair your bike or battery, but cannot guarantee success. If we try to repair your electrics and are not successful, your $100 deposit is not refundable. We recommend using the Maxi Taxi service if you need assistance with drop off or pick up. They may need you to come with them and the bike.
